As you will be aware, the Government has made some changes to the Red setting of the COVID-19 Protection Framework. Following this, we have made some changes as a business to align with Government guidance which continues to focus on keeping our customers and our people safe.

Working remotely

While we are at Red, our Z offices will be closed to the public, and the majority of our team are working remotely, however they will continue to be available for any enquiries you may have. All critical terminal and refuelling operations will continue with additional safety measures in place under Z’s internal COVID-19 response protocols.

 

Customer meetings 

We continue to put all face-to-face meetings on hold to reduce the risk for our customers and our people. However, virtual meetings can still be carried out.

 

Future updates

We will continue to review Ministry of Health’s guidelines in relation to Aotearoa New Zealand’s response to COVID-19 including any changes in safety measures and traffic alert level settings. If Z chooses to make any adjustments to how we operate, we will update you accordingly.
