Terms and conditions for collecting Airpoints Dollars™  at Z (effective from 1 August 2019)  

1. Airpoints members are eligible to collect Airpoints Dollars at Z service stations.
2. To collect Airpoints Dollars, you need provide us with your Airpoints membership number at the time you make a purchase, either by swiping your valid Airpoints card or by scanning an app that has your Airpoints membership number loaded onto it.
3. You will collect Airpoints Dollars  at a rate equivalent to 1 Airpoints Dollar per 100 litres of fuel (petrol and diesel) purchased.
4. We may offer extra Airpoints Dollars on items in store, and these items and/or the number of Airpoints Dollars may change at any time without notice.
5. We may also make limited time Airpoints Dollars offers direct to selected Airpoints members at our discretion. 
6. You will collect points when you use a Z Gift Card to pay for qualifying items, but not when you purchase the Gift Card.
7. You are not eligible to collect Airpoints Dollars on: 
   1. cash withdrawn as part of an EFTPOS transaction.
   2. purchases made at businesses which are located with a Z service station but that are run independently of Z. 
8. Customers who redeem Fuelup vouchers will continue to be able to collect Airpoints Dollars on eligible purchases at Z service stations.
9. Airpoints Dollars earned at Z will be loaded to your Airpoints account within 14 working days of your purchase, subject to promotion terms and conditions.
10. IMPORTANT: Airpoints Dollars cannot be collected at Z using an Airpoints-linked New World Clubcard. You can use an Airpoints-linked New World Clubcard to access the Pumped Offer, however you will not be entitled to collect Airpoints Dollars on the relevant purchase.

Z Card and Airpoints Dollars

1. Certain Z Cards (click here for Z Business Cards) are eligible to collect Airpoints Dollars or Fly Buys points. Eligible customers must choose between either Fly Buys or Airpoints, and register the card number for their chosen rewards programme on the account.
2. Points are calculated on total fuel purchases at Z service stations at the end of the calendar month and allocated to the Airpoints number listed on the account on the last day of the month. The ability to earn points on other Z Card fuel purchases is by negotiation.
3. Airpoints Dollars will be loaded on the Z Card account within 10 working days.
4. Eligible Z Card customers (click here for Z Business Cards) collect full and partial Airpoints Dollars at a rate of 1 Airpoints Dollar for each $200 (GST inclusive) spent on eligible fuel purchases made with the Card during the calendar month.
5. We may also make limited time Bonus Point offers direct to selected Airpoints members at our discretion. 

Z Aviation Card and Airpoints Dollars at Z air stops

1. Z Aviation Cards are eligible to collect Airpoints Dollars (or Fly Buys points). Eligible customers must choose between either Fly Buys or Airpoints, and register the card number for their chosen rewards programme on the account.
2. You will collect Airpoints Dollars each time you purchase Avgas or Jet A-1 and use your Z Aviation Card at a Z air stop, at a rate equivalent to 1 Airpoints Dollar per 100 litres of fuel.
3. After each transaction, points will be allocated to the Airpoints number listed on the account.
4. We may also make limited time Airpoints Dollars offers direct to selected Airpoints members at our discretion.
