10 Bonus Airpoints Dollars™ on EV Charging Terms and Conditions

  1. The 10 bonus Airpoints Dollars™ promotion on EV Charging is available at Z service stations with public EV charging stations between 27 June 2025 and 13 July 2025 (Promotional Period). 
  2. Customers can earn an extra 10 Airpoints Dollars™ when they charge an EV for 5 minutes or longer at a Z public charging station during the Promotional Period, up to two times. For the avoidance of doubt, from the third time, the customer will only earn Airpoints Dollars at the usual rate described in the Terms and Conditions for earning Airpoints Dollars™ at Z. 
  3. To claim this offer, customers must use Z App to start the charging session and have their Airpoints™ number pre-loaded into Z App. 
  4. The 10 bonus Airpoints Dollars™ on EV Charging offer cannot be combined with any other Airpoints promotion or offer.
  5. Airpoints Dollars™ earned will not appear on your receipt and will be loaded into your Airpoints™ account within 30 business days after the end of the Promotional Period.

What you need to know about Z Rewards:      

You can access and participate in Z Rewards by using your Z App account.

  • Qualifying Purchases get Points at the following rates:
    • 1 Point for every $1 you spend on Fuel at any Z Service Station;
    • 2 Points for every $1 you spend on convenience store products (except for Excluded Products) at any Z Retail Station; and
    • 2 Points for every $1 you spend on electric vehicle charging at an EV Charging Station.
  • Excluded Products means tobacco products and accessories, vaping products and accessories, electronic payment cards, telephone cards, gift cards, vouchers, donations, lotto products, and trailer hire deposits.
  • Points will be rounded up or down to the nearest whole number.
  • To exchange Points for a Reward Milestone, you must follow the instructions set out in the App.
  • You must use your Reward within the time stated, otherwise it will expire. Each Treat will expire 12 months after the date the Treat was converted and issued into your Account.
  • Points expire if you do not get or use Points for a period of 12 months.
