Payment options

Paying for a charging session is available via Z App, credit or debit card or a registered Z charge tag which is linked to your preferred payment method.

Paywave is not currently available and you do have to sign up for an account in order to charge.

Activating a charge tag

• Open Z App and go to the menu
• Navigate to EV charge tag and enter the ID that came with your charge tag.
• You will then be asked to link it to your preferred payment method or to add one if you don't already have one set up. Once this is done, you are ready to charge.
