Eligibility
You'll need a smart meter at your address to sign up for the EV at home plan or Fuel back home plan. This means we can give you accurate and up-to-date bills. If you're not sure whether you have one, just enter your address on the sign up page and we'll confirm if we can serve your property.
If you want to include an EV smart charger with your plan your property will need to meet Evnex's install requirements.
ICPs
ICP stands for Installation Control Point, it's a mixture of 15 letters and numbers that are used to make sure we sign you up to the correct property.
To find your ICP have a look at your electricity meter, or a previous electricity bill for the same address.
Switching power providers
If you're joining from another power company, we'll take care of switching you over from your previous provider.
It'll take about a week to get switched over and your power should remain connected throughout this process. If you lose power please contact us on 0800 935 326 so the team can resolve this.

Other home services
We don't have a gas or an internet service, but if you join you can get your power from us and your gas or internet supply from another retailer.
