Z Energy is offering 20% off Z barista-made hot drinks to Farmlands shareholders (‘Shareholder’) who use their Farmlands card to purchase a Z barista-made hot drink between 12.01am Wednesday 16, September until 11.59pm Tuesday 30, September 2025 (“Promotional Period”). The discount will be automatically applied to the Shareholder’s Farmlands monthly statement for any Z barista-made hot drinks purchased in the Promotional Period.  

1.    Who administers this promotion? 
The promotion is administered by Z Energy Ltd (Z) of 3 Queens Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand.

2.    What is included in the promotion? 
A 20% discount applied to all Z barista-made hot drinks at participating Z stores (“Offer”). Offer only available while stocks last. Offer only valid until 30 September 2025. Not in conjunction with any other offer. Excludes extras. Additional charges may apply for alternative milks and flavours or extra shots. Bring your own cup discount does not apply.

3.    Redeeming the discount: 
To redeem the discount, customers need to:

a. Purchase a Z barista-made hot drink at participating Z stores, using an active Farmlands card.

We may refuse to include you in  the promotion and/or refuse to provide you with a discount  where, in our view, you have acted fraudulently or not complied with these terms and conditions or Z Business terms and conditions, or have acted in any way that we reasonably consider has (or is likely to) cause harm to us, our related companies, or other business partners.

7.    Z Group eligibility: 
Employees and Agents of Z Energy and its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their immediate families, and employees of Z Energy, Caltex or Challenge service stations and truck stops, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate. “Immediate families” means the husband, wife, spouse, parent, siblings, and children (including stepparents, siblings and children).
 
8.    Changes and cancellation: 
We may terminate, modify or suspend the terms of this promotion, or the promotion as a whole, for any reason at any time. We will endeavour to give you reasonable notice of material changes or cancellation before the change or cancellation takes effect, by posting notice on our website or contacting you directly, but we are not under an obligation to communicate this.

9.   Our liability: 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of this promotion. 

10.    Other terms: 
Our decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11.    Governing law:  
These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
