Z App is only available on Android or iPhone.

We've looked at other types of devices, like Windows phones, but we don't have any plans to develop an app for those platforms right now.

Updating the Z App

You can update Z App to the latest version by opening the app store on your phone and selecting to update it. Alternatively, simply select your type of phone from the links below and you'll be able to choose to update it from there.

Uploading your Flybuys and Airpoints™ cards

Save time (and room in your wallet) by adding your Flybuys card and Airpoints™ cards to Z App.

Here's how:

1. Open Z App and select the menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the home screen
2. Select 'Loyalty rewards' from the menu
3. Select either '+Add a Flybuys card' or '+Add an Airpoints™ card'
4. Either enter your loyalty card number or select the camera icon to take a picture of the card to detect the number

If you are taking a picture of your loyalty card, ensure you are in a well-lit area.

Z App promo codes

Using fuel vouchers with promo codes in Z App is easy as. Just follow these steps to use fuel vouchers:

1. Head to Z and fuel up
2. Open Z App and select the menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the home screen
3. Select 'My vouchers' from the menu
4. Enter your promo code or select voucher from the list and the QR code screen will appear
5. Scan the QR code at counter instore to redeem

Z App stamps and vouchers

Collect stamps when you buy a Hot drink, a Car wash or swap your LPG bottle. When your stamp card is full, you will get a voucher for a freebie. Z App stamps and vouchers only work with a data connection and the latest version of Z App.

Here's how to collect stamps in Z App:

1. Check your Z App is up-to-date and you’re connected to the internet 
2. Open your Z App and select either 'Hot Drinks', 'LPG' or 'Car wash' button
3. Scan the QR code at the counter to collect your stamp

Here's how to redeem hot drink vouchers in Z App:

1. Check your Z App is up-to-date and you’re connected to the internet 
2. Pre-order your drink through Z App by selecting 'Order drinks and food'
3. When reviewing your order before payment, select the voucher from the list
4. Complete your order in the app and enjoy your drink!

Here's how to redeem LPG and Car wash vouchers in Z App:

1. Check your Z App is up-to-date and you’re connected to the internet 
2. Open your Z App and select either the 'LPG' or 'Car wash' button
3. Select your voucher from the list and a QR code screen will appear
4. Scan the QR code at the counter to redeem your freebie - enjoy!
